I was disapointed by front desk. They forgot to send a car to pick me up after a meeting. They forgot to email invoice after check out.

The hotel is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. There is a bank across the street with several ATMs which makes it easy to get money. The hotel has great security. You need a room key to get to the elevators and to access your floor once in the elevator. The hotel is modern with all of the comforts you need. Our room was spacious with 2 double beds and 2 leather armchairs and a desk. The bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower. They provide free bottled water in the room daily. There's a restaurant on the premises called Proud Mary where you can have meals throughout the day. It's a very popular restaurant for dinner so the staff advised us to make dinner reservations in advance, which we did. The food is good. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only issues I had was that I wanted to mail postcards which already had stamps on them but none of the staff could tell me where I could mail them and the front desk staff wouldn't mail them for me. Front desk staff also won't change money for smaller bills.

Lovely stay! This was our launching point for a longer visit and the hotel was a wonderful bookend for our trip. We will certainly be back.

Our stay at the Voco at Rosebank was wonderful! We had 2 room and both were modern clean with comfortable beds. One of our rooms was a larger corner room with floor to ceiling windows and a large, gorgeous bathroom with a freestanding tub—so luxurious! Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was included with our booking. The food was very high quality, plated beautifully and delicious! We felt very safe at the hotel and walked to other restaurants close by on 2 nights. A very nice mall is also just a few steps away. The hotel staff was very helpful and set up our airport transportation for us. I highly recommend staying at the Voco.
