I am not sure who posted this anonymous review. It is therefore difficult to comment. We are sorry to see a 2 out of 5 and wonder who this was. If it is a Christmas/New Year booking, then myself was at the lodge and as owner have interacted with all guests. We received wonderful feedback from our many guests from different countries and nationalities. If possible, could you please identify yourself. Thank you so much.

My stay here was very enjoyable. The staff was very nice and friendly. The game trips were great as well. A great place to stay for a couple days!
