Not a good experience !

TERRIBLE ! we arrived and they couldn’t find our booking... one of the managers asked an employee to check us in while they were sorting everything out... well she refused ! He asked her three times !! in the end she’s left shouting and crying, I had never seen that in my whole life what a shame ! We had very loud music until 1 am and couldn’t rest !! Not a 4 star hotel but an two ! Oh and to put the cherry on top... the shower was disgusting !!!

Chambre calme et confortable. Repas excellents mais service trop long. Salle de gym bien équipée mais salle à cause de travaux. Service de navette très efficace. Personnel extrêmement chameururex et servaible.

It was on ok stay i guess, we requestedvan iron on check in.Never arrived on the day.Then we ordered room service..The grilled chicken was terrible.Far from grilled, very bland, unspiced..definitely didnt enjoy it..left it after one bite.Ordered a side of mash, tasteless....just boiled potatoes, mashed and water added to it...no salt, no butter, no milk..awful. The room didnt have a proper shower, but a bath shower,didnt see this on the pics.Prefer a proper shower. The iron was requested again and arrived after a very very long time. Requested a ported tool forever and we had to get the shuttle so had to take the bags on our own. So all in all not a well rounded happy experience.Could have been much better.

This hotel has ambitions to be a luxury hotel. It probably has been. But now the furniture and textiles are worn out, the flowers indoors has seen its best days, the supply in the small bar in the lobby is very bad. Birds were flying indoors eating from the buffe but no one seemed to bother. The pool had green algiers. When I checked in at 4.30 pm (3 pm is the check in time) the room wasn't available. Suddenly they found a room but in a lower standard and gave it to me. But the staff in at the reception was very courtesy.
