Shocking. Go elsewhere.

Room was filthy. Dust bunnies everywhere. Everywhere. Hair all over the shower. Even after the first day of house keeping i had to clean it myself.
Noise from the rooftop bar (bass and chair scraping).
I sent in laundry and had it returned with labels on each item secured by 6 - 15 staples. Reception said “sorry”. I returned the laundry and insisted they remove the staples as i wasnt going to be liable for any damage.
Restaurant kitchen is all shouting and screaming and service is non-existent in between the staff watching videos or having calls on speaker phone.
This hotel capitalises on its location but is totally horrid. Avoid at all costs. Go to Voco, Holiday Inn or Hyatt House rather.

New property in a great location walkable to mall and they have a shuttle that takes you to both malls. The rooms are quite small unless you upgrade to a suite. Priced well. Very friendly staff. Nice rooftop bar.
