Morning Sorry for the noise Thanks for bringing this to my attention I have sent my maintenance people to see what the issue is. The Hot water pump is making a noise we will send it for a service? Due to us being busy guests were showering into the night This is normally not an issue Thanks for the constructive feedback, giving us the opportunity to rectify the issue. If you are ever in the area again bring this to the Front Desk's attention and we will give you a discount and also make sure you tell staff to make sure the room you placed in is not near the Pump? We do not supply Towels in the Hostel for both Covid reasons and because people misuse them and steal them, to ensure they are treated right, towels are available at the reception, and you would place a deposit to get one, this is then placed in a plastic bag when we receive it back to be sent to be cleaned?
