Staff was great. I was disappointed with the size of the bath, looks much bigger on the pictures online. And the breakfast was not nice. The omelets was very oily and cold and the bacon was not crispy.
But other than that, it was a lovely stay!

Publié le 22 oct. 2023 sur HotelsThe room which we stayed in was dark and dingy and we had to use a flashlight in the evening because of insufficient lightening in the room. After complaining they offered another room without addressing the issue. The room has worn and the fittings were out of date. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast which was good.

3 of us stayed for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom apartment at Waterfalls. The staff are super friendly & provided much guidance. They have a large generator to overcome load shedding... Breakfasts are excellent!
