Great Location
Publié le 28 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved this location. Our intent was to visit wineries between Johnson City and Fredericksburg, and we found Johnson City to be a great hub. We didn't really cook, but there are plenty of pots/pans and dinnerware as well as utensils and spices. The bedrooms were well appointed and all rooms were spacious. Did not use the pool beings it was pretty cold, but you do have the option of heating it for a fee. The backyard is huge with lots of privacy and seating. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great family gathering
Publié le 17 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy children, grandchildren, and I spent a week in the house. Everyone had fun in the pool, and we appreciated the big dining room table for the games we love to play. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. We’ll come again.

Publié le 13 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was very clean and had all the amenities that are needed. The backyard, complete with a pool, hot tub, covered area, grill and firepit, was a paradise to enjoy after hoping around nearby wineries. Great trip to celebrate with family.

Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time. The location was great. We enjoyed the pool and the amenities located at a reasonable distance of the house. We had a small situation with the entrance door locking system but was attended at a reasonable time. Highly recommended.

Great House with fast access to downtown and wineries

Just a few blocks off the downtown area of Johnson City makes it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We spent 2 days at the wineries. The house is very close to many amazing wineries. Just a short drive to Stonewall, Hye etc.
While we did not swim or use the hot tub, it was very nice. Backyard is fenced in which is also a nice bonus! Nice outdoor furniture to enjoy a cocktail or meal outside.
House was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room!

Roomy JC house with nice facilities
Publié le 12 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy two sisters and a small dog (approved ahead of time with extra fee) stayed at this beautiful home in Johnson City. The house layout is great as we all had our own bedroom and bath. The kitchen met all our needs and had the required pots,etc to make two meals at the house. The house is within easy walking distance to restaurants and wineries in downtown JC. The pool was nice but we chose not to pay the extra fee to heat it since the temperatures were chilly at night. We did like the backyard and enjoyed hanging out there for much of our visit.

Cute house for a girls getaway
Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was cute and clean. The area was quiet at night, but a quick walk to some stores and eateries. We loved the pool and the hot tub, and the beds were all comfy. Great art work in the house too.

Great ladies trip

Fantastic Girls Trip Spot
Publié le 13 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property was the perfect spot for a girls weekend!! A short drive from San Antonio made it the perfect spot for a getaway. We had 6 adults and all had great accommodations in the home and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the pool/hot tub each day. The dining table was the perfect spot for a large charcuterie board! Short drive from all the wineries on 290 and Fredricksburg. The host was fantastic and offered great communication.
