this is a two story condo in a complex amongst other condos. We were never met by the host which we paid for
and we phoned a few telephone numbers for entry to no avail. So on the first day we had to stay at the Holiday Inn Express and on the second day we contacted VRBO customer service and the agent helped us receive the entrance code.

Just to clarify, guests do not pay to meet the host, but rather for the accommodations. We provided the check-in code in the instructions sent the day before your arrival. However, I truly understand how frustrating it must have been to have difficulties accessing the property. We strive for a seamless check-in experience, and I regret that this caused an inconvenience during the start of your stay.

Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was comfortable, however, we were surprised to find just TWO teaspoons, TWO tablespoons and one grapefruit spoon (!), although forks and knives were ample. Overall, kitchen was not well supplied and the stove top was in poor condition.
In order to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime movies, etc., you must enter your own personal subscription and password. This was misleading in the description online.
The deck was pretty dirty, and the overgrowth of vines made it unusable.
