Great location for ETSU families!
Publié le 10 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here for Family weekend at ETSU. Very spacious, quiet ( you can't hear the train! IYKYK), exactly as pictured. There are stairs so those with mobility issues need to take that into consideration. This is a great home base for anyone coming to Johnson City.

The property was spacious and well-maintained, well-appointed but not cluttered. The owners instructions were easy to understand and they were available if we had any issues (we didn’t). Would definitely stay here again!
