Johnson City Stay

Perfect in every way
Posted Oct. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property was conveniently located, clean, modern, and had all necessary supplies and appliances. Jason is a very attentive and personable property owner. I’d definitely stay here again. Just be careful- not ideal if you’re tall. Low ceilings.

A great location to hang your hat for a few days
Posted Sep. 9, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property and pictures are exactly as described with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and bath. The place is clean and has all the essentials for cooking. Beds are comfortable with plenty of linens and pillows. Bathroom is well supplied with plenty of large towels. The location is great and quiet. You get your own driveway so parking is easy. Please read Jason's description about height and bathroom step. I am about 5-11 and did just fine but a 6+ tall person would find the support beams that span between the kitchen and living room to be low. We enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Awesome Place

Safe and Comfortable
Posted Jul. 14, 2024 on HomeAwayI was a woman traveling alone, and this was a great pick for me, making me feel safe and secure. Make sure you read about the height in some places of the apartment, as they are very upfront about it, but I was very comfortable!
Check in was easy with the lock, and the pictures are accurate as to the accommodations.
Bed was very comfortable in the master, and the water temperature and pressure in the shower were great. The kitchen had what I needed to have breakfast each morning including a Keurig with creamer packs and sugar to get me started the first night.
The host is very responsive to questions in the app and gave great recommendations for food and activities in the area.
Although I was alone, the apartment is very spacious and would be comfortable with the amount of people it sleeps. Parking is right outside the door, and the location is close to downtown and 25 minutes from airport. Everything I wanted to do was 30 minutes or less from this place.
It was a great stay, and I will book again for my next retreat.
