Very unique spot
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient. Neighbors were really loud Friday night until about midnight. Rugs were a little dirty. Bed was comfy.
We wouldn’t stay here again but it was fine for a night or two. We’d prefer to be closer to campus.

Tranquil retreat

EWMA Rally

EWMA of Tennessee will e holding their Ride-In down there in Johnson City next year-date to be determined. I will recommend your VRBO to others that will be coming to the Ride-In. A pleasure. Perfect in every way. Enjoy the fire pit, checked out the basement laundry, which didn’t eventually pan out, but that’s OK. Great communication from the owner and he appreciated our feedback, especially that it was AFFORDABLE. If everyone could keep their rentals affordable, everyone would be happy. We appreciate the simplicity and aesthetics, attention to detail and cleanliness.
** Would absolutely stay here again because we plan to visit Johnson City, Tennessee again. Fell in love with Tennessee and each other.. starting here. Thanks !! ♾️ gratitude

Casual modern, super clean, close to campus
Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayYou can practically see Centennial Hall from the driveway of this place, so it’s ideal for visiting parents. The decor was comfy white and airy, in a spacious one-bedroom that vastly beats a hotel room. Communication was great, too.

Publié le 25 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThere were many nice things about our stay but I am most obsessed with the bed! The linens were SO soft and the mattress and pillows were great as well. I liked the quality of shampoo/body wash. I wish we had time to sit out by the fire pit it was very pretty.

Publié le 10 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis minimalist property was well appointed with everything we needed. I feel that how to best use the space was very well thought out. We appreciated the hot showers, comfortable bed and good quality linens. The apartment was super clean.
