The fine folks that run this establishment are well organized. The unit was very clean inside, is situated close to ETSU and all that Johnson City, TN has to offer. I would book again without hesitation.

Quick getaway
Perfect for our quick getaway! Loft was fun for our daughter and allowed plenty of room. Loved that we could bring our dog. Christmas decorations were perfect, as we came to see lights and the Christmas parade. Neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need. Cozy and comfortable! Thank you for allowing us to check in early!

Overall Good, great spot, firm bed
Pros: The place was very clean, a great location to downtown, and quiet. My kids enjoyed being in the loft. Cons: The main bed was very firm and the cooking equipment was only adequate (warped frying pan, lacking in measuring cups/spoons). But these may not be an issue for everyone.

Newton's Nest exceeded expectations. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here - as comfortable as home! And everything we needed - including the convention center where I attended an event - was within a 10-minute drive. Publix, Walmart, Walgreens were just 3 minutes from the house. I hope to be back again next year! 5 Stars... or more!

Our stay was perfect! The property is so adorable! Our first two nights we didn’t hear our neighbors but the last night there we could which made us feel bad for when our dog would be noisy. Very clean. Host easy to talk to. No problems getting in the door. And for ETSU events it was the absolute best location! Thank you! Highly recommend!
