Well, for some reason that did not have our reservation and would not use the int # from hotel.com to look anything up. Very rude customer behind me asked for them to take care of them and the did just that. Overall rude and unfriendly. Will never try to stay there again and could possible not use hotel.com again.

I have stayed at this location a few times. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the rooms are usually clean and the bed is presented nicely when you first walk in the room. The air units work very well and over all was quit with limited noise. This is a cheaper stay so expect some "shadyness" at night. Other than that good cheap recommendation.
