It's a nice place to stay and location is perfect between Milwaukee and Madison. My granddaughters loved the pool and the room. Checking in was easy, excellent service from the front desk ladies and housekeeping. We hope to book again next year 😊

Great stay, but loud kids in hall.
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HotelsThe only negative was loud kids chasing each other down halls and banging doors, but fortunately that ended by bed time. A sign about keeping kids quiet in the hallways might help. Otherwise a great stay.

The front desk staff were not very welcoming or friendly. Other than that our experience was good. The room was nice and clean.

Quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, even with 2 wedding parties. However the hotel and property was run down and not well maintained at all. The key entrance was not working so everyone had to use the master fire keys. Huge safety risk having the entire hotel have master keys to EVERY ROOM!
The entrance was dirty, didn’t look like it was vacuumed in a week.
The room was the perfect size! The sheets and bathroom were clean but the carpet/floor was dirty, the shower faucet was super loose and broken, and the tile was a trip hazard.
Pool area was very dirty and the water was cold! Sand was everywhere and the pool/splash area was peeling and rusting. Very disappointing as this was the reason we booked here and not other area hotels. It was gross!
Outside the landscape was all overgrown and poorly kept, which attracted lots of bugs/mosquitos.
We will NOT be returning or recommending.

Loved our stay here. We stayed here for the EAA Oshkosh show because it was affordable. Our toilet broke on our last night and they offered to move us to a different room immediately no questions asked. The breakfast was really good and the staff was super kind. Our room was really clean and comfortable as well. The hot tub was closed when we came but it wasnt a big deal, thing happen and they cant control that. The pool was super cool, and the little kiddie splash pad/play area was something that ige never seen and a hotel before and was super cool. We definitely will be coming back next year when we go to Oshkosh. :)
