I had booked my stay on Experia which was not as I thought when I got to hotel lady on reception sorted this out in a flash with manager Hotel staff could not do enough for you at breakfast spa area cafe treatment area all great we stayed in the lodges very well set out spacious and comfortable

Bowfield stay

Room was a superior. It need updating, the carpet was old looking as well as the furniture. The bathroom has been slightly updated with modern tiles. The bath panel is old wood and getting in and out of the shower is a challenge due to the width and height. Feel there could have been a few wee extras just to make it live up to the superior status. The pool and spa area are good. The restaurant didnt have any of the red wine in stock that we asked for, which was disappointing. The staff are great all really professional and friendly at the same time. We've been at the Bowfield many times over the years but sadly this will probably be our last.

The staff was fantastic! From the front desk to the young lady who runs breakfast by herself, everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very nice and we enjoyed the dining room and the bar.
