Very nice room, pleasant staff, and good location. It was very noisy— I was awakened several times during the night—on a Saturday night, which was the only night I stayed.

Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsHad a great stay at this hotel for the weekend visiting Johnstown, a very pretty mountain drive into the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting with an error that I myself had made on the reservation so that I didn't have to change rooms halfway through my stay. Also might be the oddest thing I've praised a hotel for, but it was the best shower I've used in a hotel for a while: consistent water temp, good pressure, a showerhead with great dispersal of spray. Maybe it's weird but I loved this shower! Clean hotel, standard breakfast. I knew about the $5 parking fee ahead of time so that didn't surprise me even if I wish it wasn't there. Thank you for everything on this visit! Would definitely stay again if I visit Johnstown in the future.

I dont think the maid service clean our room prior to our arrival. There was a odor on my bed of dog or body odor. I ask to be moved to another room and was moved down the hall. This was my second stay at HIE in less then a week and had there not been another room i would to go somewhere else.

The decor was modern and the rooms had very beautiful, new white comforters. It was very lovely and new looking.
