The hotel and staff is good but bathroom some item is missing , you need to request then they will give it to you, but you must remember this hotel is 4 to 5 star and every item must be there not upon request and then they give it to you, even budget hotel is better then 4 star

Enjoyed the stay at Amari. Wawa upgraded us to the Deluxe King with a nice city view. All the staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast spread was just okay. Love the walking distance to CIQ too, very convenient.

The crew members are very friendly, made our short stay very memorable. The Dip Bar ambient is nice. Room is clean. Lift to rooms are only accessible through cards, felt safe.

Booked the twin superior room and paid to upgrade to the deluxe king room. The room was spacious but the toilet requires some work. The tap at the sink and bathroom, the water pressure was very weak and the temperature control was iffy. Water was either extremely hot or extremely cold, there was no in between. This was a issue for me during my stay in Amari
