Perfect stay

Poor sound proofing.
Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOverall not much complain less the sound proofing. Even though we are at a corner suite, the noise from fellow travellers can still be heard. Especially the loud bang when room doors are being closed. Other than that all is what you can expect from a reputable hotel chain.

I always stay at Hilton whenever I am in Johor. While I could have choose others for their better location, Hilton services and dining food quality made up for it. Not for this stay though. The careline manager and front desk both acknowledged my request for a slice of cake for my wife birthday... and they totally forgot about it. Hopefully it was a one time off outliner.
