Stay was good for 1 night. Check in details was given on the day via whats app. Perhaps they can improve the lift system as it’s sow to serve the crowds.

Bad experience staying this Apartment..👎👎👎👎

Can say is a very bad dream of staying here👎👎👎😡😡😡😡Air con keep break down every 15 minutes n stop running .very frustrated .calling the apartment in charge..they didn't helping..and just say the air con sensor cannot attached..give alot of excuse..bed sheets n bed room super dirty n dusty.... please ask that for refund me .will not staying here anymore..👎👎👎..the guest lift also a big problem...a few lift break down everyday..

all was great and yes its nice accessible easily to the mall and the walkabouts the area. the only fall back was the lift. its faulty, not reflecting the correct level its at and at times, missing the level sequence. its also VERY slow. you may need to wait around 20 mins to 30 mins during peak.

Pros: Easy check in, great location for shopping at the KSL mall and vicinity. Make sure you read the pre-check in information and contact the host via whatsapp prior to check in. Cons: Limited channels on TV - unable to log into TV apps despite having a personal account, as such we could only watch limited free shows on the apps which also took a long time to buffer due to poor internet connection. Otherwise, wifi is not a problem if you are not connecting to the internet using the TV. Kettle and microwave oven provided in kitchen but no coffee or teas. Plates and cutlery provided but no pots/ pans or cooking utensils.
