골프 플레이시간이 오전8시라서 다른호텔에서 숙박을하고 골프장으로 가려니 시간이 빠듯해서, 저녁숙박을 폰데로사 리조트로 정하고 숙박후 아침에 준비해서 골프를 치디가 중간에 체크아웃을 함. 매우 만족함

It might be a good place for held event but terrible for stay ! Very very old room, towel is old and dirty, room is not comfort and not clean. The bed come with stain on it, the floor is non carpet and dirty if step bare foot. Our first room has no air-con, the central air-con is not working at all and we felt hard to breath in the room. Then when we try to call the reception and found its closed at 10pm.. need to call the duty officer with mobile number.. We not really manage to sleep well the night. The only thing good with this hotel is the room is big. Other than that, nothing I feel good.

Let us, first of all, apologize for the unpleasant experience you have experienced while staying with us and please be rest assured that we shall look into the matters you have highlighted at the soonest possible. We are less than perfect, we know, as The Lodge has been around for some time and wear and tear are inevitable. We are carrying out refurbishing in stages we do not wish to disrupt the total availability of accommodation space to our members and guests. In time, however, we are sure we will be able to bring the standard of our rooms to a higher level. By then, we hope you will give us another chance to serve you better. 위치적으론 좀 외진곳에 있지만 직원분들이 아주 친절했습니다 그랩을 이용해 가까운 야시장이 있어 그곳에 구경다녀왔습니다

All rooms have defects, Very bad breakfast and services, club staffs very impolite. Ridiculous breakfast charges. A breakfast drink charge is similar to the entire breakfast charge. Very very poor and disappointed. Will not patronize the place anymore.

Dear Sir, As your comments are posted here on Expedia, we would liked to address your concerns during your stay here and not after you have checked out. We regret that you found our breakfast prices expensive but we wish to clarify that many items on our breakfast menu start as low as RM12 and depending on what you order. We also package our breakfast into the room rate. Hence the only explanation for your findings is that there may have been some miscommunication. Late check in arranged without any issues... However, the front desk barely spoke any english so any questions about our stay and our golf arrangements were next to impossible. No food available after around 9pm apart from a strange, dated chinese restaurant with very limited menu. Wrong directions for transfer to Impian Emas GC & Resort given, plus transfer car picked us up 20 minutes late. Lobby front desk staff (2 ladies) were next to no help and ended up passing me the phone to resolve the issues we faced myself - Thanks ladies, great service. Room (suite) was huge but old, very dated, poorly decorated with thin sheets and two large seperate Queen-sized beds... very strange. Overall i wouldn't stay here again or recommend the location unless playing early the next day then leaving the next day. Better off staying at a more central location and transferring for your round of golf.
