Overall good if you travel with family or friends, spacious and nice apartment. Little hassle in check In like need to know procedure etc. else overall good

Terrible customer service

And when we called the operator's hotline, they said "cool down sir", we will send the details. Despite our repeated calls and messages, we did not receive the check in details until around 2.30pm for a 3pm check in.
The one Chinese female from the Customer Setvice who answered the call was rude and slammed the phone on me.
Besides that, the accommodation and stay was fine and rather accessible.

Our check in time is 3pm. Our procedure is 2.30pm start send the check in instruction are you think i just you one customer you are not in pantiance we already explain we will send the check in intruction around 2.30pm not on 2.30pm. Is you scold our customer service. DO YOU THINK YOU AS THE CUSTOMER AS GOD? Other guest is not problem can wait the check in instruction even they asking they using the nice attitude. You not think your attitude rude. If you want to early check in please do the payment. Dont want just need to wait. Here is Malaysia Not Singapore!! Dont think you have the right to do that.
