Nice stay

Everything is nice and clean. The front desk is helpful to let us do early check in. The location is also very convenient.

We have an upgrade to Executive Suite at the highest 27th floor.

Noise at night

Eco friendly with a water dispenser provided in the room but very noisy in the middle of the night when the dispenser automatically run to maintain its temperature. May consider a common dispenser provided outside common corridor and each room with recycle water bottles. Thank you

There was a cockroach infestation and the only solution by the counter staff was to change to another room. By then i had started developing an allergic reaction and just wanted to get out ofbthe place. I had demaned a refund to which counter staff claimed the 3rd party booking site would refund me. Not sure how thats going to happen. Did not even stay the night. Booked another hotel and left.

Poor service

Ver upset with trove and hotels.com for my trip. All was booked and ready. Upgraded my room a few days before for the junior suite. Upon arrival, the room could not be processed because it was cancelled. However, the room and booking was still active in my hotels.com app. The payment was already deducted by hotels.com/trove. The service given by the senior lady at the concierge was really disappointing. She did not want to entertain us and could not help us except telling us to rebook the room. Tried calling and emailing trove thereafter to follow up with the matter but to no avail. Their online/call service is as good as non existent. I’ve been to trove a couple of times and the room is always not cleaned thoroughly. We’ll find crumbs from the previous occupants etc. Nonetheless, it is at a good location.
