I had a very bad experience in this hotel. Had to change rooms because of mold in the bathroom. Drapes were torn. Had to get a remote from the front desk to use the TV and there was only a few channels. No phones in the room. Elevator broke, they made coffee but no cups for breakfast, fire alarm went off at 4 in the morning. Paper was peeling off the walls and we weren't offered anything for all the inconvenience they caused us. I think we should all get a refund. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

The bugs that I found 10 mins after arriving and then checked right back out. And have to wait 10 days for refund.

Bed was not comfortable the room had an odor and no microwave in the room. Also should say on the web that pool is out of commission

TV channels don't come in shower heads fly off win turn water on no pool only one ice machine on 3rd floor no dryer only washer works didn't have nothing but cereal for breakfast n only to type froot loops n 🌽 flakes

Should let people know there is a $100 cashe deposit required at check-in. It will be refunded but had to find ATM to get cash.

We pulled up to the property and didn’t even risk staying the night here. 4 cars in the parking lot total and in the 10 minutes we stood in the parking lot deciding if we wanted to stay, there were 3 cars that pulled up, passenger went into the lobby and came right back out. Sketchy stuff happening here in our opinion and other locals opinions. Don’t waste your money.

Never been treated with so much disrespect by hotel guest services. There was a problem with our third-Party with Hotels.com apparently they messed up something and didn’t get the hotel paid and they treated me like a criminal

Did not like the fact of paying a 100 cash deposit when I paid for my room up front with debt card.
