Not a fan. Staff was not very welcoming. They weren’t mean at all, just very indifferent. Entire place could have been much cleaner. Halls and room had an odor that was unpleasant. There were a number of men between the ages of 25-45 just hanging around everywhere, including outside our door on the 3rd floor, that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable (not the hotel’s fault, but I hardly slept due to this feeling). It may have been workers helping with relief efforts in Erwin, but if my husband weren’t with me, I’d have returned to the desk to ask for a first floor room. I was cat-called at while both my husband and I walked to our rooms, which was pretty bold of them.
Very few amenities in the room. We had 3 containers of shampoo and a couple soap bars, and that was it. No conditioner or lotion. We gathered up to leave in the morning and I went to the breakfast area at 8:40 to get a piece of fruit, and it was already closed.
Area itself in Jonesborough was safe and pleasant. You could walk down a short road to the back and find yourself on the cutest Main Street with a lot of shops and history to enjoy. The town opens late (10-11am for most businesses) and closes early, so plan accordingly.

The property is okay, a little overpriced. The most annoying part is daily breakfast that last from like 6:30-8:30. Seriously, how about we make just for a half an hour instead haha😂😂. Seems simply lazy! Customer Service has went to crap sense COVID.

Air conditioner did not work properly....as well as the whirlpool tub... contacted front desk..she didn't know how to resolve the issue

Hotel was terrible to say the least. The hotel room smelt, the shower looked like it had never been washed, our carpet was ripped, our tv didn’t work. There was a second entrance to the hotel and that door doesn’t lock so we felt very unsafe. Would not recommend, pay extra for a nice hotel.
