Staff were very nice and hepful but the room was not up to standards.

The price was great, proximity to Hillsdale was perfect. I did notice the bathroom door is too tight to close, and there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. But linens were clean, the TV worked well, bed was comfortable, and the furnishings were nice.

The complimentary soaps were empty. The bed was old and creaky. For the money I paid it was about what I expected

Our room looked like it was updated as far as paint and flooring. The beds were clean. The towels were ridiculous (old, small and some stains). When I asked for more than the one towel that was there they acted out out and took forever to bring more.
It served our purpose and we were comfortable but it’s definitely a no thrills motel.

your complain is inappropriate we have a big sign in our front office said if you don,t like our Room or service you can get 100% money back guaranty so you should get that. and so far you are hiding dog in Room . so don,t put wrong information
