Bad communication
Publié le 16 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThere was a hole in the wall the size of a car with a tarp covering it. Evidently a car crash through it a couple weeks ago but no one notified me. Had to stay in a hotel for the weekend instead.

Memorable Stay

This year I was happy to find this little rental property and my family and I were very pleased with our stay! This little house had everything we were looking for, and we couldn’t beat the price. Huge thanks to the owner for providing such a clean and well decorated place to stay. Also, loved all the small details such as laundry detergent, dishes and pans for cooking. This place was centrally located for our needs, so such a plus. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Great place I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Joplin.

The property was great
Publié le 8 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was great. The owners were great. But when I arrived I’d found that vrbo had double booked the residence and I couldn’t stay. When I talked to a customer service representative about a refund because i wasn’t able to stay in the residence I had booked and paid for they were pretty much avoiding any and all responsibility and refund and didn’t offer to make it right. The owner was more then generous with his time and concerns about how it had gotten double booked.
