Terrible hotel, not honoring my prepaid
Publié le 6 sept. 2021 sur HotelsI booked and prepaid for this hotel months ago, but when I got to the hotel, they claimed they didn't have my reservation, claiming they don't deal with EXPEDIA or hotels.com, What? I think they are lying so they can charge me higher rates. I had to pay them even though I already paid hotels.com already.
Terrible staff, very rude.

Officially the dirtiest and scariest hotel I've been to. I just needed a quick last minute hotel so i picked the cheapest one. I just wanted a shower and sleep after being on the road all day. I've always trusted hotels i book on expedia. Well you get what you pay for. It was so dirty and smelly. Ive even stayed in 3rd world countries. I Couldn't find a remote for the t.v. there was even spit and hair in the bathroom sink. I ended up leaving after 20 minutes.

Do not stay here

VERY dirty and poor service. Front office was unwilling to assist in any of the issues we had during our stay. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but checked out early after only one night and found a nicer place in Joplin for not much more money. Will never stay here again
