Points faibles : Propreté, service et personnel, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement.
1st really bad review I make. Worked in the travel industry for 35 yearsso I've travelled extensively.
Attitude of the management: "You are our last cuctomers for the season, so we don't provide service. If you don't like it, LEAVE!!!!!". We had prepaid. We might not be the last customers, as rooms are still bookable (at a reduced rate).
Examples:
Dirty Pool, not fit to swim in.
No drinks in bar, having no ice cubes - machine broke some weeks ago (Have they heard about icetrays???). In 30-35 degrees you'd like a cold drink.
They only sell wine by the bottle.
Advertising check in 13:00, nobody at reception B4 15:30.
No attempt to clear away dirty dinner plates after finished eating.
Room: Large, and ok. Fancy shower not working.
Minibar: Empty, info sheet saying you’ll be charged a daily fee if you put personal objects in it.
No coffee/tea facilities.
Basic toiletries in sachets and soapbar.
Mosquitos in room: No spray to lend.
On the plus side: Safe parking.
A very nice employee (student).
The place has potential with an ownership that cares, it's a lovely site.
