Well equipped, well located and affordable

These are more like apartments than a hotel. There's no reception or services, but the host is very available and quickly responded to all of our requests. The location is excellent, walking distance to the beach and the unit was tastefully decorated and fully equipped (well above average - we couldn't think of anything it didn't have). The backyard is amazing, with a pond, a barbecue area and a vegetable garden. This is ideal for a couple or family of three that plans to cook, invite friends over for a barbecue and go to the beach. The units show some sign of wear but you can tell that it's not because they don't care, but because they receive a lot of quests. If I had a little one, I'd need to ask for the unit on the lowest level, as the porch and back windows are not safe for crawling babies or even toddlers.

Wonderful Jose Ignacio stay at the CDL

We loved our time at CDL. Marina and Alex were wonderful hosts. The location was awesome and the unit was unique.It looks like its in the forest but its a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach which was not busy during our time. Restaurants La Olada and Juana are nearby and fantastic. We would recommend if you want a quiet stay in nature and close to beaches and restaurants.

Muito ruim

Não tinha ninguém para recepcionar e mostrar o funcionamento da pousada. E o pagamento só em U$ moeda, não aceitavam cartão, um absurdo, se não tivesse levado dólar, não sei como seria feito este pagamento, em lugar nenhum tinham avisado sobre a forma de pagamento.

Hi, Eliane. We are really sorry about not being able to contact you directly before your arrival since your phone number was not correct. We always contact our guests sending them information about the property and the coordination of their arrival thru whats app. Unfortunately I was not in Uruguay at your arrival and Grace was the only person to receive our guests during my absence. The payment is always in us dollars and we dont work with credit cards. This is shown on every booking site where our properties are listed, perhaps you missed it. Hopefully Grace was there to receive you and you made the payment. If you come back again we definitely will have an attention with you and we hope to see you soon. Kind regards, Alejandra

Caja de lata sucia y muy caro

El lugar no tiene mantenimiento. La zona de parrilla estaba muy sucia, estuve esperando 3 días para que retiraran vasos con resto de vino y cubiertos sucios de la mesa ubicada en el quincho. La habitación tenía telas de arañas negras, es Muuuy calurosa en el mediodía y muuuy fría a la tarde-noche (es un container de chapa y sin aislantes) y el aire acondicionado no alcanza. Todavía esperamos la tostadora y la bolsa para residuos que la Sra. Alejandra, cuando llegamos, dijo que nos traía en 5 minutos. Uno de los sillones individuales del living tiene el respaldo roto.
