2 en-suite rooms which were loved. Air con in all rooms which were perfect in the summer heat. Very friendly staff and full access to amenities at any time.

family safari weekend.

The experience was amazing.Johann was exceptionally welcoming and engaged so well with even my children. The Game Drive was awesome. The accommodation was spacious and clean and all amentities i would have expected was available.The 24 hour service to attend to our needs was very well appreciated.The staff on the lodge are few but the work they do is amazing.

Manyoni is a beautiful game reserve but we found the accommodation not to our satisfaction . Beware of billing at the establishment , check invoices and credit card amounts carefully before leaving as we had an issue with our bill , no general rules for all guests as some guests were treated differently to others . Water from tanks used in bath and toilet was yellow and smelly and was not very sanitary . We were however provided with drinking water but I believe that the tank water can be treated to make bathing at the premises acceptable.

We strive to be accommodating to our visitors and their needs and we’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. As discussed in previous e-mails, the issue with the bill was an honest mistake due to commission deducted by the Expedia Group and the bill was immediately amended and explained before payment and departure. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. You are correct, some of our general rules at our establishment differ as we have catered and self-catering units, but we aim to treat all guests in the same manner. We apologise if you felt we treated you differently. Our water supply is from a pipe line which provides water to most of the lodges in the Reserve. The filters are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis and we will continue working on improving the water quality. With much appreciation, Liezle Brink / Owner
