Publié le 5 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin has a great view of the lake. We saw a bald eagle and great blue heron. It was really relaxing to sit on the deck and look at the lake (or a book or phone).

Perfect!

The house and deck has a marvelous view of the lake and had everything we needed for cooking and sleeping! Very clean and met our needs perfectly. Only thing I would say contrary to this is that soon they will need to fix some of the boards on the deck as they need a little help.

Lovely little getaway
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayHad plenty of pots and pans for us to cook with. Gas on the grill outside was a bit low but we were able to make it work. The air conditioning was probably the best part about the place! Wi-Fi was a bit slow and there’s DirectTV but no Firestick/Roku available. One noticeable parking space is available on the property. The rest are made up spaces on the grass in front of the property. Lighting in the living room was dim but I think it fit the ambiance well. Was a two minute drive from the pub restaurant on the lake.

Cozy cabin/great view

Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was so awesome! older rustic cabin with turkeys and deer every where. great communication with owners and everything as promised. Little store in Jullian had great steaks for on the grill. Mt Laguna is a great drive and next time will have more time to hike. Jullian pies for breakfast every day was great and the lake and geese and birds also a favorite in the morning sipping coffee on the deck. Will definitely be back. One of my best vrbo experiences yet! Thank you all!

Perfect get-away.
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was perfect for our get-away. It had everything we needed and was easy to find, check-in and check-out. We know the area and knew that very little food is available in the immediate vicinity, so we brought what we wanted to eat and also went into Julian for dinners (8 miles away.) The property has a rustic decor (a few things could be upgraded), comfortable rooms, all the conveniences needed. We enjoyed relaxing and eating out on the deck overlooking the lake. It was quite hot when we were there, but the AC for the home was excellent. If you are over 300 lb. you likely would not fit into the small shower.
