There was nothing good about this place for the price i had to pay there was no coffee pots no breakfast, it is run down, toilet didnt flush half the time. The people running it was rude. The building is up for sale!!! It wouldnt take much of a strong shake of some sort and the columns holding up the second floor walk had very large deep cracks in them to collapse and hurt or kill someone, plus looks like all they did was a very bad job painting over them to try and hide them. Broken washer and drier, bird poop in the walk ways including wasp nest every where on windows and doors.

You get what you pay for is the best way to summarize it. No amenities, cable in my room did not even work because there was no cable in general to the cable box. There’s probably better options in the area for the same price

The bathroom was not clean. There was dust build up from months on the walls. Wires hanging out of the wall, no breakfast
