Strange to speak with staff through a kiosk! I guess it's for their safety? Basic room. 2 chairs, no table, had to stand to do computer work on top of the tall cabinet that contained the mini frig and microwave. Clean. Pets stay free which was the best!

no pool and slow service

we had problems getting out key to qork and after the third try they said someone would come help us . took them 30 min and it was so hot my wife almost had a heat stroke. the pool is not open as advertised. which was the main reason we chose the place. will never go again and might not use hotels.com again

It was an uneasy feeling being checked in with a kiosk. Doors to the outside were never locked even in the evening. The ice maker didn't worker nor was the pool in working condition. There was a definite smell as if someone was using drugs and the lighting in the hallway wasn't adequate.

Ants and flea like bugs in the room. Microwave in the room smelled like the last thing cooked in it. Multiple cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. Continental breakfast consisted of a pot of water and a pot of cold, old coffee. Pool closed, tarped over, no mention of that during the booking.

According to their listing on Expedia they have an outdoor pool. We were told that they have closed the pool down due to maintenance issues and are not planning on opening it again. That was the attraction for us. No ice machine on property. They were working on getting another one but it would be some time before it came in. There was no staff to check us in, I talked to a man over a TV screen and was issued my key and receipt very impersonal. While watching TV in the room the cable went out at 9:30 pm and never came back on. When I called the "operator" the phone rang but no one ever answered and
