Good but could be better.

Nice hotel. Comfortable room. Just wish they had coffee other than burnt tasting Starbucks.

We were caught in a severe weather alert with heavy rain driving through Kansas. I called to let the front desk know we had an ETA after 1am, Mia was so kind as to set us up for that late check in! Large comfy King room. Courtyard Marriott is always fantastic with the 12 noon checkout time, that extra hour (compared to other hotels 11am) really helps, so convenient. The facilities were nice and stocked. We picked up some food bc the dining was closed temporarily and were able to sit in the community area. Tiara at the front desk was so kind and helpful, she's much appreciated and had great energy, she really made our day for our next segment of a very long drive across country. Overall kind staff and nice facilities in a safe area, shopping and eats across the street.

We had a nice stay. The first room we were in had a problem with the air conditioner leaking but they put us in another room right away which was a nice clean room and the air conditioner worked great. For our troubles they gave us two free breakfast coupons. Freddie at the front desk was great, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy for the air conditioner was very friendly and kind. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.
