It had everything we needed, including lots of pillows and blankets for kids to crash on the couches, air mattress, and floor. Bill and Penny were extremely accomodating, he even snow plowed around our car. Great central location, Fred Meyer is literally right down the road. I would definjtely stay there again!

Home Away from Home

They were super friendly from the get-go of booking, to allowing such a spacious apartment, to providing amenities and a stocked kitchen. We had an unexpectedly nice and comfortable stay! We will definitely book with Penny&Bill for future family stays. Thank you :)

Feels Like Home

Cozy place

We just had a bit of an issue with our Netflix account. She was unable to help. It would have been nice to have more games to pick from. We ended up watching tv on our phones. It was an overall good stay. Would recommend this place.

Perfect Place in Juneau!
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe host Penny is wonderful and so is the house. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything in Juneau, but it feels secluded. If I’m in Juneau again, this would be my first choice for lodging!!

Perfect, convenient spot in Juneau!
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat spot, perfectly located between Mendenhall Glacier and downtown Juneau. Comfortable apartment. Hosts were attentive and helpful when we needed resupply of bathroom items. An upgrade to the apartment would be screens on the windows to improve ventilation without letting bugs in. Other than that, it was a great resting spot for our family of 6.

Thanks for the input on the screens- we forgot to put those on! We have them but take them off to clean the windows and forgot to put them back on!

Close to everything
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home was perfect for our business trip and I can imagine it would be a good choice for a family vacation too. We were close to everything, downtown 10 minutes, Mendenhall Glacier 10 minutes, grocery store 5 minutes.
