Great clean and quiet rental.

Very nice house
Publié le 31 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThey thought of just about everything! My only 2 complaints were a very annoying clicking clock in my room which was easily disabled (took out the battery) and a turpentine-like smell throughout the common areas only (pretty strong).
The bed was very comfortable, had a full bathroom and fridge in my room and a space heater when the radiant floor heater couldn't quite do the job.
VERY clean nice house :)

Convient location
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayConvenient to public transportation and Auke Bay. Difficulty getting into room due to broken key lockbox. House was dark upon arrival, very uncomfortable walking into unfamiliar property knowing house has shared roo.s with other tenants.

I'm sorry the reset button on the lockbox went missing somehow. We were there within 10 minutes to help you, so I hope our response time was acceptable. We try to leave the exterior porch light on, but it's v very possible that someone in the house could have turned it off. I'm glad you liked our location.

The layout was not something I’d seen before but the property is immaculate and incredibly well decorated. The shared space with the other guests was well done and they were all very nice.

Luxurious peace and quiet!
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayI booked a short stay to extend my time in Juneau at the end of a guided trip. What a perfect way to end my travels! Worn out from a couple of week’s worth of on-the-go activities, I had a chance to slowly savor the beauty of Alaska and rest in the comfiest bed ever with a hot shower. Nice place!

The room was clean, the bed was fantastic, no issues with anything at the location. Parking is simple with easy access into the house. The shared space in the larger portion of the home is kept very well. The granite work is also beautiful. There are other rooms available at the same site. We will look into them for future trips. We would recommend staying here.
