This hotel should not be rated as a 3 star hotel.
They should not be allowed to charge $600 plus dollars per night to simply rip off tourists.
The bathroom had a leaky tap which sounded like torture and water boarding.
The lighting is horrendously dull.
We arrived at 2am as our flight was delayed, the staff was extremely unhelpful.
They situated us in 302 on a fire exit and there is a 2 inch gap on the door so you hear everything.
The bathroom you can’t even turn around in.
Poor standards by any means.
I feel highly ripped off!

You stay overlapped during a very high demand night, as a destination location our rates vary comparably to other high demand locations during peak time. I apologize for your impression, as a late arrival on a sold out night, I am sorry we were not able to upgrade or resituate your room.

I assume we got the "Expedia Room", the smallest hotel room I've ever been in and at the far end of the hall, Overlooking food truck court and live music. Maybe 9x10 useable, bathroom door could only open part way.
Staff pleasant and helpful.

I apologize for your negative impression of the economy room booked through your reservation. We do not have rooms set aside for specific groups or agencies, rather 3rd party online list all our room types at comparable rates to direct bookings and the lowest priced room type is the most popular and highlighted booking as you are shopping multiple hotels in a given area/date range. Our older hotel has many small rooms that we categorize as economy and sell at a lower rate to standard and premium rooms.

Noise

I am so sorry about the noisiness of the hotel. The economy rooms 6th floor and below have thinner walls as this is part of the original hotel built in 1939, so we do charge less on these rooms than our upper floors. Also I will investigate the level of volume on the housekeepers closing doors and decide if this needs to be addressed.

Spent 2 separate nights. First room was a bit tight but second room was a roomy corner room. Clean, comfortable with small fridge, microwave, in room coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, gel, lotion, hot water. Easy walk to everything in Juneau. Pleasant staff. Restaurant and bar on site. Would stay again!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was no shower curtain when we arrived but staff brought one within an hour of the request. The hotel restaurant had good food with friendly staff. The concierge, Kelli, was excellent and helped us book 2 amazing excursions. The hotel is close to several other restaurants and walkable to shopping and the cruise ship area. We stayed for 6 nights. Our room was cleaned every day and stocked with fresh towels. We were very pleased with our stay.
