We apologises for any issues during your stay with us. We would of liked to of seen some issues that you experienced during your time here so we could do better for our guest.

Staff were polite but not able to be very helpful. For example, they have a shuttle service, and say to call when you have your luggage. We called, and called, and called, and after 40 minutes of calling without any answer finally just took a taxi. In another case, our room was absolutely freezing and the polite person at the front desk said that they were sorry they had no extra blankets and there wasn't anything they could do.

Usually always have a good experience here. My room this time smelled like weed really badly. No I did not request a new room it was late and I was exhausted. Just was not what I am used to at this property. I usually have a great stay here.

We really liked the fact that there was a shuttle to the ferry terminal.
