Staff were polite but not able to be very helpful. For example, they have a shuttle service, and say to call when you have your luggage. We called, and called, and called, and after 40 minutes of calling without any answer finally just took a taxi. In another case, our room was absolutely freezing and the polite person at the front desk said that they were sorry they had no extra blankets and there wasn't anything they could do.

Room didn’t have a thermostat that I could see and was too warm for sleeping. Had to open the window which let in all the nearby airport noise. Bed was was comfortable.

sorry to hear that your room was hot during your stay with us. We always offer fans to al guests as well have a Maintenance team on property to help with any issues. We appreciate you stay here with us and we do hope to see you next time you are in Juneau.

It was clean and recently renovated. For the price it was much much better than other expensive hotels.
