The staff here was amazing! Always making sure we had everything we needed. The place is very cozy and clean and we loved the views from the hot tubs!

The property is historically rich in that it housed a local bakery for decades and now has a great Italian restaurant with wood-fired pizza (and blackened cauliflower) oven. Plus not one but two hot tubs with umbrella hats. Fantastic breakfasts included in tiny kitchen just off the cozy lobby. Lovely!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating and provided lots of information about the area. Great location. The continental breakfast had everything we needed. The hotel provided nice touches such as robes and flip flops for the hot tub. In addition to the standard shampoo, conditioner and body wash, they added a small specialty soap as a gift. We would stay here again.

Booked last minute due to moving across country, job started earlier than expected and checked out a day early. Was still charged for the full reservation. Nice people but not the friendliest cancelation policy for a hotel. $734 for 10 hours is a bit steep with no offer for compensation, not even a discount on a future stay.

Before we even set off for the airport, we had received personal messages from the hotel welcoming us, and offering us the information we needed to get there and get ourselves inside and settled. We loved the quirky atmosphere and friendly staff, the walkable location, the comfortable room, and the on-site restaurant.

Great people here and in a great location. Close to every place you’ll want to go in Juneau. Very convenient and high quality breakfast from a serve yourself kitchen.
