Christmas Break

Property was as expected except for the location. We didn't realize that is was on a busy highway until we received the exact address. The walk to the beach was fairly easy with sidewalks majority of the way. The amenities were great and we had all we needed to cook our meals and the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all showers was fabulous. Our kids loved the ease of the dispensers. All and all our family really enjoyed our stay with lots of relaxation.

Juno Beach 2 bedroom home with pool

The home was pretty nice, however demonstrated areas of deferred maintenance such as a falling section of outdoor eave soffit, an accumulation of leaves in the gutters long enough for weeds to be growing out of them, and rodent feces in the garage. The lawn had not been moved prior to our arrival and appeared to have over a week of growth. None of this impacted our stay too greatly, but at this rental rate price point, there's room for the owner and Vacasa as the management company to "do better". Everything mentioned could have been noticed and remedied prior to our arrival had the home been checked on a few days in advance instead of within an hour of our check-in time. All that to say...the we had fun and our stay was pleasant - but the home looks better in the pictures than it does in reality.
