Family vacation to visit family
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was well maintained, stocked, cleaned and perfeft size for our family of four. Grounds are beautiful. Views of yacht club across the street was nice extra. Amenities of pool and hot tub were good too. Host was easly to reach and communicate with.

Lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Lovely pool and restaurant near by and within walking distance to the beach, great to watch the sun rise.
Anna the host was quick to respond to any queries.
We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Excellent get away
Publié le 16 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo was in a great location. The pool and grounds were perfect. I would highly recommend this property. It was fairly updated and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. Beaches, bars, dining, shopping all were very close. The host was very hospitable as well We will definitely consider this property when we return to Jupiter.

Total Disappointment
Publié le 31 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayBased upon the reviews of the super host and condo we were totally disappointed with the condition of the unit. Condo was straightened out but not “clean”….. bath mats were unwashed, sheets appeared disheveled and unwashed, the inside of coffee pot was filthy( we bought a new pot) light bulbs out in the unit, coffee table had residue all over it which caused decorative decorative items to be stuck to it, clutter in both vanities and kitchen, apparently from past guests and never tossed. Imagine our surprise when we opened the refrigerator and the water filtered was last changed in 2021. The outside balconies were filthy. We immediately contacted the host and they arranged for the cleaning person to come two days later. Unfortunately , the condo didn’t just need a cleaning person, it needed a total overhaul.

we are sorry that you feel that way. We make sure our condo is clean and ready for our guests. Of course, all linens were washed. What you call “clutter “, appears to be pantry staples, extra utensils and extra bathroom supplies that we keep for guests in case they forgot to bring them. We inspected condo prior to your arrival. You requested extra cleaning and we provided that for you. However, we did not feel it was necessary. Also, we found very unusual that you asked our housekeepers to wash walls in the condo, which they did…

Publié le 3 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a pleasant stay at the Villa. Everything you need was in the kitchen, plenty of towels, hair dryers, even beach towels and chairs. Anna was very responsive to all my questions and got back to me very quickly. Great location as we walked many mornings to Carlin Park and to the beach.

Perfect in every way
