Breakfast was good. Front lobby is very pretty until you got around the corner. They have tried to update but didnt work out too good. Floors are heaved up to the pool. Moldy in our room. Smells of pot on every floor. Lots of people must be living there.

This place was filled with bugs and smelled very musty and moldy. It felt unsafe healthwise, and also chipping paint everywhere along with doors that did not work correctly. Overall the place is outdated, carpets are old and nasty and the whole place needs a renovation. Do not recommend

There was no tub stopper for the tub and the water spiket for the shower and bath didn't work you could only take a shower carpet was torn to pieces really bad somebody could fall and get hurt the front door's hard to come in and out of there's mold on the fan above that in the vent black mold and the maintenance man couldn't get another stop rate didn't have any so he did come up and look at it but he couldn't fix anything

This was truly the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel ever! The hotel is in such a poor state of disrepair, with door, jams, being broken, fire sensors hanging off the wall, rusted hinges on doors, torn carpet, broken tiles, holes in walls, Beyond filthy windowsills, and so much more!

I've always had a great experience here. I was a bit surprised to see that the rug in the hallway was a bit dirty. The room also seemed to have a bit of moisture. But it was clean.

We had two rooms. The carpet beneath the air conditioning units was damp and gave off a musty smell. They ultimately moved us to other rooms. The tv in one of the two rooms didn’t work because the remote needed to be paired with the tv and the staff couldn’t do it. The phone in that same room didn’t work. The threshold beneath the door to that same room was also missing. The staff informed us that they had 14 rooms out of service for various issues and accommodating so finding us better accommodations there wasn’t an option. Staff apparently was doing what they could to help but clearly the place was lacking resources to make repairs. Hotel would not provide us with a refund and Expedia said they couldn’t help.

No lights in the bathroom which is very unsafe! No one could change the light bulb. Breakfast was a mess, no spoons or forks, everything was in boxes which others opened and picked out. It wasn’t clean and smelled horrible. I was very uncomfortable and didn’t get my monies worth at all.

The staff is very nice. But the property needs some love. Dark and dirty halls, the carpet is dirty or stained, but smells terrible. The room was clean but old, unfinished. The bathroom was dark, more like a motel. The AC was too loud.
