With respect for our neighbors, the home is not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. This property is intended for families & mature adults. We do not rent to under 25-years-old or college groups.

It’s a great place for your family and friends to escape! This home has three entryways to the pool because your backyard is a property of its own! The deck consists of: screened heated pool, Wi-Fi and integrated multiple seating areas throughout the pool area with a beautiful garden. BBQ is available as well and ready for your use. Plugin provided Google Home outside into the covered outlet and listen to music while enjoying the outdoors.

An enclosure helps to keep the mosquitoes away which makes for a much nicer outside experience. Feel free to turn on the pool light at night. The front of the house also has a beautiful private sitting area for your enjoyment. Table and chairs are in the garage along with BBQ.

The home is full of updated amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space with pool facing dining area.

-Master bedroom has a king-size bed, its own private 5pcs bathroom, flat-screen TV streaming with hundreds of movies with direct access to the pool.
-Second bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV streaming with hundreds of movies and easy access to 4pcs bath. Third bedroom has king size bed and easy access to a 4pcs bath.

-Kitchen boasts several gadgets and appliances making food preparation convenient and fun! Extras include a Large capacity Air Fryer, Blender, Nutri Bullet, Hand Mixer, and Keurig Coffee system as well as Coffee Maker, Electric Kettle and Toaster. The fridge features Internal Ice Maker and Water Dispenser.
All cupboards are stocked with dinnerware and drinkware for both indoors and outdoors and plenty of bakeware and kitchen tools are readily available!

In addition, linens such as blankets, towels, beach towels are available. Bathrooms have a blow dryer and also available are iron and ironing board. Rest easy in knowing that our mattresses are regularly treated with sanitization spray and are vacuumed with a Sanitizing and Dust Mite Prevention Tool!

To respect our neighbors, we kindly ask you to refrain from loud outside noise and music after 10:00 pm TO 9:00 am QUIET TIME- your vacation maybe a neighbor's workday Please keep this in consideration as you plan your trip. We want to continue to be good neighbors and be able to open our house for your enjoyment.

As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 25 years or older and must be an occupant of the house during the entire reserved period.
- The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their ID (USA driving license or Passport)
- Please provide us with information about your trip and your guest before booking.
- If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the owner receives information about excessive noise, the owner has the right to evict the Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $500.
- If any sign of smoking is discovered inside the house the guest authorizes the owner to charge the minimum fee of $500
