The apartment is situated in the Lutakko area at Jyväskylä's harbor. Congress And Exhibition Center is 500 meters away. The harbor area is an outdoor area for city residents, and especially in summer, people gather there to spend a summer evening. There are restaurant ships in the harbor, and nearby is Sauna-Restaurant Sataman Viilu.
This rooftop apartment (115 m²), situated in Jyväskylä, built in 2008, public beach, shallow sand bottom 300 m. The apartment includes a spacious living room, an open kitchen, a dining area, a WC, and three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a 180x200 cm motorized double bed, access to a glazed balcony, and an attached bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a hydro-massage bath and an electric sauna. Two bedrooms have 140 x 200 cm beds. Additional toilet.
The apartment is rented only for peaceful stays. The housing association observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, so please take note of this, thank you.
There are air-source heat pumps for cooling in the living room and the master bedroom.
NOTE, the apartment does not have its own parking space. About 400m away is the Paviljongi parking lot for long-term parking and paid short-term parking spaces right in front of the house.
