SPECTACULAR KAANAPALI BEACH FRONT VACATION

Sweeping views of Lanai and Molokai from the top floor wraparound lanai. This treasured beachfront Villa is truly a home-away-from-home. We provide comfortable accommodations right on the beach. Gaze through the sliding glass doors or step out onto your oversized private lanai and take in the magnificent ocean/beach views. Centrally located on the west side of Maui, makes this the perfect location for a special occasion, family vacation or for a couple's romantic getaway!

Simply walk out your front door and your just footsteps away from placing your feet in the sand! From here you can swim, snorkel, dive, or take a stroll down the beach to the famous "Black Rock". This is an upstairs corner unit, located in the Dolphin building; a two-story building, only one of the two beachfront buildings located on the property. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, you do need to be able to walk one flight of stairs. This spacious two bedroom and two-bathroom villa provides central air conditioning and can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably.

The master bedroom provides an amazing beach/ocean view with a comfortable canopy King size bed, while the guestroom provides a lush tropical garden view with (1) queen and (1) twin side bed. Both bedrooms offer a desk for those that need to work or study during their stay, along with sliding glass doors for direct access to the wrap around lanai. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with beautiful wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a custom designed walk-in tiled shower to mimic the ocean waves. There are doors that separate the master bedroom from the living room for privacy and the guest room does have a 50" flat screen tv. The living and kitchen space, provides an open floorplan with high vaulted ceilings. The gourmet style kitchen is fully functional and has everything that you need to prepare your meals right at home. The cabinets are full of cookware, dishes, and utensils. You will also find other smaller appliances to help meet your cooking needs. The living space has comfortable seating, TV, along with a dining room table for indoor dining. One of the advantages that this villa has to offer is the spacious wrap-around lanai which provides even more space for entertaining. You can dine outside with an ocean view, use the lounge chair if you want to take a catnap while feeling the ocean breeze, or you can simply gather around the cozy sitting area, where you can have memorable conversations with friends and family, watch the evening sunset or just sit back and be memorized by the view... This villa truly has it all!

Centrally located in West Maui everything is within walking distance or a short drive away. You are close to shopping, casual and fine dining restaurants, world-class golfing and land or water excursions! If you plan on eating in, you are just a couple of miles away from a grocery store, Fish Market, and the Farmer's Market for local produce and organic foods.

Maui Ka'anapali Villas (MKV) amenities include two swimming pools, two jet spas, coin-operated laundry facility, Spa & fitness center, beach activities center, BBQ area and free trolley service to Whalers Village! The onsite Castaway's oceanfront restaurant & Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Basic cable and Wi-Fi are provided by the resort. MKV does charge a daily resort fee of $25.00 plus the17.42% HI taxes. This is paid directly to the resort upon your departure. The resort fee also includes parking for one vehicle if you have a rental car. Please note that MKV is a non-smoking property. There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed either inside or outside on the lanai. There are designated smoking areas located in the circle area in front of the lobby.

Upon your arrival you will find a basic "starter" set of kitchen and bath items. Once these items are depleted, it is up to the guest to buy what is needed for the rest of the stay. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We are looking forward to having you as our guest!

Beautiful week in Maui
The view from this property matches the photos and is gorgeous. The pool and beach were just steps away. And the location was convenient to several good restaurants and a 20 min walk or 5 min drive to shops. The condo feels very homey and has plenty of beach gear that you can borrow. It was a great place to say.

Beautiful property with an incredible view, fantastic amenities and comfortable beds! Even had extra snorkels/masks, flippers, beach toys, etc. Great patio furniture too. TV could use an upgrade but it's not like we needed it much on vacation :) Property manager was quick to return our messages and we had a perfect family vacation. Would absolutely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay at MKV. Our group was two adult couples and we both had our own bedrooms and baths. The views from the condo and lanai overlooking the lawn and beach were beautiful. Sunsets were stunning. The unit itself was well stocked throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and included beach gear. Beach access from unit is down a flight of stairs and short walk around the building to the lawn and beach. We enjoyed the onsite Castaway Cafe. We visited the island one week after the reopening of Maui to tourists. The local people of Maui are moving forward in their recovery and we stand with them as they rebuild.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation (2 adults and 2 kids)! The setting was beautiful and location perfect. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed! We really enjoyed eating all of our “at home” meals out on the lanai overlooking the ocean and watching the sun set! The resort was just what we wanted, not too crowded with a great pool and beach. We had a problem with the air conditioning and Bree responded very quickly and the resort maintenance fixed it with in hours of being told about the problem. The only negative thing I would say is that the bookshelves, etc needed to be dusted and the tile floors (especially the kitchen, which I washed) needed to be washed. But that was a small detail in an otherwise perfect stay! Thanks for opening up your vacation condo for us to enjoy!

Our favorite thing about this rental was the porch. We were so close to the water and it was the perfect place to view the sunset. It's an older property, and that actually appealed to us because we never had to fight for a seat at the pool. It's a great central location...just perfect for our family of 5. Perfect!
We splurged on staying at this property, and couldn’t be happier. It’s in an incredible location - I think one of the best in Ka’anapali. It looks just like the photos in the listing :). We spent a lot of time relaxing on the lanai, and when it got too sunny for us mid-afternoon, we retreated to the air-conditioned condo for a lovely nap. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and they even have a Nespresso Pixie for those that are addicted to their morning espresso - just bring your Original (not Vertuo) pods. The gorgeous beach is just a few steps away, as is a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Bree, the property manager, is great - very responsive and helpful. We looki forward to staying here again!

Great place, great location.
Fabulous beach front condo and all the amenities without the pretense of a touristy hotel. The owners provided anything you really need, and it is close to many local hot spots. No fighting over beach chairs or space in the pool or hot tub while still a stone’s throw from the beach walk and surrounding sites. The owners were very responsive. My family really enjoyed their stay .

Beautiful property with the best views in Maui
Terrific condo - perfect for the three of us (parents and college-aged daughter). Ka'anapali Beach is literally steps away and the views of the beach from the lanai are breathtaking. The condo is airy and well-furnished, bathrooms are spacious, and it has all the beach towels, chairs and toys you need for a wonderful stay. We loved the fact that it is a smaller property and so close to the beach. Taking advantage of the pool in the afternoons was a nice addition. Wonderful Christmas trip and we would definitely stay here again.

A little bit of paradise
This condo was absolutely fantastic. It had everything you could want and the interior was top notch!The lanai was heavenly and it was one of my favorite locations to sit and just listen and watch the ocean. The condo exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful we had the opportunity to stay here. The resort itself was amazing and we appreciated the beach that was easily accessible and not as busy as other beaches. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again!

Best location we have stayed on Maui!
We are so fortunate this owner decided to start renting when we were looking this spring! What a perfect spot. Unit is on the end, oceanfront on Ka'anapali Beach at Maui Ka'anapali Villas (the property that has Castaway Cafe). The unit is as described and how it shows in the photos. The master is in the front of the unit and has access to the lanai just like the living room, which was nice when my husband started work at 6:00 am and could just walk out, open his laptop and people watch and enjoy the ocean view. The second bedroom is in the back which is nice for some privacy. Kitchen has what you need to prepare meals. They had a few beach chairs, umbrella and the resort has beach towels. Unit is also near the pool although it's on the other end of the 3 ocean front units so no noise. FYI--the master has a sliding door between it and the living room for privacy. That's hard to tell in the photo. The lanai is large and comfortable and the best feature of the condo! The only recommendation I have is that they switch out the couch to a pullout version. We had 5 adults (our 3 college kids were with us) and even though it sleeps 5 (K, Q, T), my boys didn't really want to share a queen bed so it would be nice to have the option to sleep someone on the couch. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We hope to be able to stay here in the future.
