This luxurious brand-new 3Bedroom/3Bath residence is conveniently set within Enclave Three of the Luana Garden Villas. As a premier elevated offering, Villa 15C is defined by its west-facing orientation. Its designation within our "Elevated" collection at Luana Garden Villas offers a level of privacy exclusive to the 2nd-floor offerings.

As a top floor residence, indulge in the quietude and privacy afforded by being perched above the fray. This elevated offering offers convenient stair access to both the main front entrance as well as the rear lanai (balcony).

The easy living is accentuated with convenient access to Luana Enclave Three's pool, hot tub, and fire pit, as well as access to the greater Honua Kai Resort amenities, including Hokulani deli, Konea Fitness Center, Duke's Beach House, and Honua Kai's award-winning poolscape. The soft sands of Kaanapali North Beach, one of America's top beaches, are only steps away.

Your party will have plenty of room to stretch out in 2000+ sq ft of luxurious interior living area. Elegant contemporary finishes and premium appliances and fixtures compliment the spacious open floor plans. All villas are fully furnished with everything you need for the perfect Maui beach vacation.

The gourmet kitchen featured Bosch stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for you to prepare your favorite meals and refreshments. Sliding pocket doors open up to reveal a massive 500+ sq ft lanai area with an abundance of lounging and dining space. The lanai area has an outdoor kitchen complete with its own BBQ grill. For added flexibility, the guest bedroom king-size bed can be split into two XL twins at no charge. Each primary bathroom has a double vanity and a frameless glass walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a vanity with a tub shower combination.

Perfect Family Rental
6 total stayed here for 5 days --- and it was perfect! Very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the AC was divine, and this unit is in the back corner entrance. Walked over to the food trucks multiple times -- don't sleep on the coffee truck! We will be back.

Gorgeous condo with beautiful views. Great amenities. Close to everything you need and want. Guest services was amazing and quick to respond to any need. Highly recommend and would stay here again. We had 7 people ages 17-51. Comfortably accommodated us all.

Excellent and convenient Maui location
Loved the condo and proximity to beach and local food trucks. Didn’t get our. Heck I’m instructions until I landed and called. We had an issue with ants and had to deal with ourselves as their maintenance person couldn’t come out. Not enough to keep us from coming back now that we know the drill. Probably the best place we’ve stayed in Kannapali.

Great family condo
The management firm is on top of everything. Constant communication and extremely responsive. The condo was an A+ property. Not sure how old it is but you’ll assume it’s brand new. We had three couples and two babies and it was perfect.

Beautiful spot perfect for a larger family or Several couples. All high end appliances. Beautiful lanai and outdoor kitchen. More cleaning supplies would have been helpful and more bath towels were needed in every bathroom (we were only provided two in each bathroom) but otherwise everything was great.

Exceptional condo and nice location. The 3 bedrooms all had king beds and own bathroom. It worked well for our group of 6. Baby items available upon request. Maui Resort was easy to work with- they willingly cleaned our Lanai for a special family dinner. The only suggestion is to have cleaning supplies available for guests as well as more paper towels, garbage bags, TP, etc. Overall- excellent and we will be back!

AMAZING - Will return for years to come!
AMAZING rental, just like the photos. We stayed with a party of 7, 6 adults and 1 infant and it was couldn't have been a better place. Super safe for the baby and really nice for the adults. Easy access to all the resort amenities. The only thing to point out is that while the stove top is a really nice induction stove, the pots and pans provided are not actually induction cookware. So either the stove doesn't recognize that there is a pot/pan on top of it, or it takes a really long time to heat up. It's not the stove, it's the cookware! In the whole scheme on things, a very minor issue. If you are traveling with little ones, you can also send packages in advance that will be brought to your rental when you arrive which makes traveling there even easier. We've definitely found a place that we will go to again and again in the coming years!

We had a group of 7 (4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 kids) for a week at this property. We loved the outdoor seating area and it was conveniently located which a pool out front so we could watch the kids. Had a food truck stop and grocery store located across the street which was very convenient. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic vacation property
I rented this property along with 5 friends and we were extremely pleased!! The condo is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The lanai adds additional living space, and the pool view is stunning with the rock waterfall surrounded by beautiful lush greenery. The beach is just a short walk from the condo and we loved that there were beach chairs and a cooler provided for our use. The property management team were very pleasant and helpful when I called to ask for an additional blanket, and answered all my questions with ease. Overall, this was undoubtedly one of my favorite vacations and I am so glad I chose to stay at this particular property!!! I definitely recommend it for a worry-free vacation!!😊

Amazing Place!
I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. It is very spacious, great layout, extremely clean, beautifully designed, and a great location.
