We made a booking for this place to discover they were overbooked and we left standing in the lobby clueless what was going on for 2 hours. The manager completely ignored us taking calls intentionally when we were trying to resolve the situation. They downgraded us to a standard and expected us to pay full price until we called them out on this blatant deception. After we spoke to our manage magically a deluxe suite opened up and we had the room we paid for. The hot water in the shower latest less than 5 minutes and the mattress was basically a box spring with no padding at all. Not being dramatic, the worst $126 stay I’ve ever had across the world.
