Room is really spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although the property looks a bit outdated but it’s been kept in a good condition overall. Good breakfast with variety of choices. The only thing that could be check is the air-con in room. We stay in one-bedroom and the air-con in living area is freezing even though we turned the temperature to 29 degree. We have to switch mode to fan to warm the room up and back to cool when it’s too warm.

Steakhouse overrated

Several reviews seemed to praise the California Steakhouse restaurant. So we tried sirloin steak anf filet mignon, and were disappointed. Beef quality definitely not up to western standards. Best food in this restaurant seems to be the Japanese one. Not really a surprise because most foreign guests are from Japan. Hotel is good. Service and friendliness are good. Kabin Buri has, unfortunately, nothing to offer besides close proximity to Khao Yai NP.

My wife and I have been staying here regularly for a couple of years. This latest experience wasn't great. There was no hot water in the early evening and the air-conditioner was very noisy. It was like sleeping next to a surf beach. The breakfast is ok but not as good as it was a year ago.

Have stayed here many times. Very nice rooms, decent gym and good dining options nearby. The breakfast buffet has fallen off a little bit but still ok. Will stay here again and recommend it to others.
