Avis Royal Cashrise lodge

Unlike most places that are cheaper online this lodge was over 100% more online. The lodge put that it has a swimming pool which I was looking forward too. After paying I found they don't have one, so it was illegal and false advertising. My friend tried to resolve these issues with reception and even cancel the booking with no success or help. I had friends come to collect me from the lodge and reception said I was not there when I was, wasting time and fuel. It was a short nightmare of a stay.

There was confusion about the online payment I effected. Hotel management claim that they never got the online card payment I effected, I had to pay twice!
