Für Sambia eine sehr gute Adresse. Der Wasserhahn in unserem Zimmer war lose, ansonsten alles gut und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Wenn man Essen bestellt, muss msn wie überall sich auf Wartezeiten einstellen.

The staff at this property make it all worthwhile. Our daughter was sick while we stayed, and many of the staff would ask us how she was, ask her if she was feeling better, etc. throughout the stay. The food at the restaurant is also top notch. The included breakfast is a buffet with large variety, along with made-to-order eggs and meats delivered to your table by the server. Fantastic stay!

Misleading Sign Causes Confusion!

A lovely place - the only issue we had was a misleading sign somewhere gave an impression that alcohol was banned in the hotel. That led to all sorts of hassle which was not at all the fault of the hotel so I will not deduct points for it but they should sort the sign to be clearer since this is not the case at all... please reword that sign!

Currently its the best place you can stay in Kabwe. I occupied the presidential Suite. All was great, though I had hot water finish on a single day. Might have been a one off glitch as I had hot water on other days. Property has no lifts though rooms are one floor above reception. Workers are courteous though slow service in the restaurant. All in all, if you like quality, then this may be your only choice in Kabwe.

Way too expensive for what it is. Maybe good for conferences, but the pool and common areas are too small, food and accommodation too expensive
